Personalised 1:1 Sessions

I offer personalised one on one sessions which can be held at your home or a studio space.

What does a personalised session involve?

Through an initial consultation, together we can discuss particular goals or themes you have in mind and you can set an intention for the process to begin from. I will then work from that place of intention, intuitively guiding you with appropriately tailored movement and expressive therapy processes.

A safe supportive respectful space for exploration and self-discovery – using movement & expressive therapies to explore, process and move through whatever topic/theme/condition you choose to be the focus.

These sessions will be tailored to your unique self, though will also be flexible and be held intuitively to your needs and what is presenting, facilitated at your own pace.

Sessions are generally 1.5hours.

In addition you will also be given the opportunity to have some tasks/activities to practice at home if you choose /feel to in between our sessions.

Having completed some of my Somatics training during my pregnancy, I found the processes and creative nurturing time paramount to my ability to embrace the body and life changes during this transformational chapter.

I offer personalised sessions for women both during their pregnancy and post-natal.

Women are supported to navigate their experiences during pregnancy with self-love and creative embodied processing.

The personalised sessions are an opportunity to connect with your intuition and body wisdom, strengthening deep connection with self and your growing baby.

An opportunity to give to yourself: Nourishing you as woman and mother!

Themes explored, could include: Celebrating self; Trust in your body and the process; Surrendering and Embracing change; Identity as Mother; Inner child; Womb connection; Understanding fears.
